My name is Robert Francis, and before I entered the world of fine jewelry, I lived very different lives—first as a professional baseball player for the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, then as a law enforcement officer. Each chapter shaped who I am today: disciplined, driven, and committed to protecting people—whether on the field, in the community, or now, in business.

After leaving law enforcement to pursue entrepreneurship, I leaned on the relationships I built during my time in the MLB. That’s when I noticed something troubling. Many of my former teammates and colleagues were being overcharged, misled, or outright scammed by jewelers. I saw a need—not just for beautiful jewelry, but for honest jewelry.

That’s when the spark ignited.

I immersed myself in the jewelry trade, determined to learn everything from the ground up. Over time, what started as curiosity turned into mastery. Today, Francis Parwal proudly offers both lab-grown and natural diamonds, as well as an exquisite selection of fine gemstone jewelry—all crafted with precision and care in our own in-house manufacturing facility. By cutting out the middlemen, we provide exceptional quality and unmatched value—without compromise.

The name Francis Parwal comes from my middle name and the last name of my business partner, Shivum Parwal. Shivum is a GIA-certified gemologist with a deep knowledge of stones, quality, and craftsmanship. Together, we share a commitment to transparency, expertise, and earning our clients' trust.
